Invisalign cost in Berlin: prices, packages and monthly payments
At the private dental practice of Dr. Bardia Sarmadi in Berlin-Friedrichshain (Grünberger Straße 22), Invisalign costs from €999 (package XS) to from €4,499 (package XL), billed under the German dental fee schedule GOZ*. The package includes the 3D scan, digital treatment planning, all aligners, check-ups and the retainer. Instalments start at €29.75 a month*, and up to 12 monthly payments are possible without interest.

The cost of Invisalign depends mainly on how much your teeth need to move.
We therefore work with five packages matched to the complexity of your case. Each price is a minimum; your written cost plan after the 3D scan and examination states the exact amount. We are a purely private practice and bill under the German dental fee schedule (GOZ).
Below you find every package with the one-off price and a monthly example, what is included, what may come on top and when insurance pays.

Does health insurance pay for Invisalign?
German statutory health insurance covers orthodontic treatment for adults only for severe jaw anomalies that require combined surgical and orthodontic treatment (Section 28(2) SGB V). Cosmetic straightening with aligners is not covered. Private insurance, government allowance (Beihilfe) and dental add-on policies may reimburse part of the cost depending on your plan; ask your insurer with our written cost plan before you start.
What decides your price?
Complexity
How many teeth need to move and how far, for example with crowding, gaps, overbite or crossbite.
Duration
Minor corrections often take 4 to 8 months, complex cases 12 to 18 months.
Refinement
Whether additional aligners for fine-tuning are planned, as in package XL.
Preparatory treatment
Whether fillings, gum treatment or a professional cleaning are needed first; this is listed in your cost plan.
I only assign a package after I have seen your scan and X-ray. The simulation often shows that a smaller correction is enough than people expect, sometimes the opposite. You receive the cost plan in writing and decide afterwards.
